The trackers are intended exclusively for use with domesticated pets such as dogs and cats.

The owner remains responsible for the pet's safety, health, and supervision at all times.

2. Tracking Disclaimer

PawFind provides tools to locate your pet but cannot guarantee that a pet will always be found or retrieved.

The performance of GPS tracking depends on several factors, including:

GPS signal availability
Mobile network coverage
Device battery level
Environmental factors such as buildings or terrain

Real-time tracking may sometimes be delayed, inaccurate, or temporarily unavailable.

3. Subscription Requirement

An active subscription is required for GPS tracking and app functionalities.

Without an active subscription, the tracker will not provide location updates.

4. Safe Use of the Device

The PawFind tracker is an electronic device and should only be used as intended.

Pet owners should regularly check that:

The tracker is properly attached
The device is not damaged
The pet cannot chew or swallow the tracker

The tracker is not a toy and should not be used if damaged.

5. Suitability

PawFind trackers are designed for use with dogs and cats.

They may not be suitable for very small animals. The owner is responsible for assessing whether the product is suitable for the pet's size and behavior.

6. Liability

The use of PawFind products is entirely at your own risk.

PawFind and SP Global Group V.O.F. are not liable for:

Loss of a pet
Inability to locate a pet
Injury or death of a pet
Damage caused by a pet chewing, damaging, or swallowing the tracker

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
